Food Corporation Of India realiza uma série de exames para o recrutamento de pessoal necessário na organização. O Syllabus FCI para cada um desses exames deve ser conhecido por todos os candidatos para que eles possam direcionar o exame de uma maneira melhor. Exames como FCI Manager, FCI Assistant Manager, etc, são os mais classificados após os exames no FCI. O programa abaixo é para a fase 1 que é comum para todos os cargos da categoria II. Na fase 1, haverá três seções, ou seja, capacidade de raciocínio, aptidão quantitativa e língua inglesa. O exame preliminar FCI Manager (Categoria II) será realizado no modo online. Os candidatos terão a duração de 60 minutos para completar o exame preliminar. Há um tempo seccional de 20 minutos cada. É composto por 3 seções com um total de 100 questões e uma pontuação máxima de 100 pontos.

Na fase II, haverá um papel único para o Gerente (Geral) e o Gerente (Depósito). O Paper 2 será um exame pós-específico e será realizado para o Gerente (Engenharia Mecânica Elétrica), Gerente (Engenharia Civil), Gerente (Técnico) e Gerente (Contas).
